Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

At Herbal Power Plus, all orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days after confirmation.

  • Orders are confirmed via call or WhatsApp before dispatch

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next working day


2. Shipping Method (Cash on Delivery - COD)

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all across Pakistan.

  • You will pay for your order at the time of delivery

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel


3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–7 working days

  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location (major cities may receive faster delivery)


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp

  • You can track your parcel through the courier service


6. Delivery Delays

While we try our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier service issues

  • Public holidays

In such cases, we appreciate your patience.


7. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

  • Please ensure your address and phone number are correct

  • Herbal Power Plus is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information


8. Unsuccessful Deliveries

  • If the customer is not available or does not respond:

    • The courier may attempt delivery 2–3 times

  • After failed attempts, the order may be cancelled


9. Damaged or Open Parcel

If you receive a parcel that is:

  • Damaged

  • Opened

Please:

  • Do not accept it, or

  • Contact us immediately with proof (photos/video)
